The design of these topics of thought has created challenges in both social and political arenas. Contemporary anti-sunnah is a contemporary trend that seeks to curtail the traditions of religiosity, and the upgrading of religion by dressing it out of the traditional teachings of the religion is the cause of the advocates of this trend. This research, based on the descriptive-analytical method, criticizes the approach of Mohammad Shahrur as one of the activists of the above-mentioned stream. Through the separation of the concept of "messenger" and "prophet", the incitement of the inhumanity of the traditional tradition, as well as the declaration of the unity of the Prophetic tradition with human traditions, emphasizes the necessity of a historical reading of the Sunnah, and thus renders unwarranted beliefs in the traditional tradition. And conveys the validity of the doctrines of narrativity as well as the adequacy of the traditional laws in the area of the Sunnah. Among the implications of this approach to Imāmī's thoughts, one can point out the incompatibility with the nature of tradition, the incompatibility with the nature of the infallibility and the fallacy of the tradition of tradition. محمد شحرور به عنوان یکی از فعالان گفتمان قرآن بسندگی معاصر، درصدد تضییق محـدودة سنـت نبـوی در سـاحت دینـداری اسـت. روزآمـدسـازی دیـن با پیـراستن آن از آموزه‌های اجتماعی سنت نبوی، آرمان مدافعان ‌این جریان به شمار می‌آید. ‌این جستار، با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، ‌این رویکرد نواندیشی دینی را به بوتة نقد می‌گذارد. محمد شحرور از رهگذر جدا انگاری مفهوم «رسول» و« نبی»، القای عدم اصالت سنت نبوی و همچنین اعلام همگونی سنت نبوی با سنت‌های انسانی، بر ضرورت خوانش تاریخ‌مند سنت تأکید می‌کند. وی مانایی و کارآمدی آموزه‌های سنت نبوی را مخدوش اعلام می‌کند. از جمله تهـافت‌های ‌ایـن رویـکرد با اندیشـه‌های امـامیه مـی‌توان به ناسـازگاری با ماهیت سنت، ناسازگاری با ماهیت عصمت و مغالطة تاریخ‌مندی سنت اشاره نمود. غالب متکلمان امامیه با تأکید بر جایگاه نبی در اخبار بی‌واسطه از خدا و ساماندهی حیات معنوی و اجتماعی مردم و همچنین برخورداری‌ ایشان از کمال معرفت یقینی و مصونیت از گناه و خطا در عرصة اعمال شخصی و اجتماعی، تبعیت مطلق از نبی را ضروری می‌دانند. از ‌این منظر سنت تشریعی نبوی کاشف از حکم الهی است و حجیت فراگیر سنت افاده می‌شود. https://jipt.sbu.ac.ir/article_97321_09a824a09b7734ea1cfd2f9a34dedbfd.pdf
