Procedures for judging and publishing articles
 1-The first stage: initial review of articles by the internal manager of the publication, within two weeks
2- The second stage: Returning the article to the author responsible for the article to correct possible defects (if the article is not set according to the authors' guide, the files sent are wrong, the authors' specifications are not correct, or similar) - 15 days to the authors To fix defects and re-upload the article
 3- The third stage: re-uploading the article after the correction of the defects by the responsible author of the article
4- The fourth step: sending the article electronically to 2 reviewers of the publication - 7 days
5- The fifth stage: the refereeing process of the first stage of the article - 3 to 5 months
6- The sixth stage: announcing the opinions of the referees to the responsible author of the article and returning the article to the author to apply possible corrections desired by the referees - 15 days to the authors of the article to apply the corrections
7- The seventh step: uploading the modified article in the system by the responsible author of the article
8- The eighth step: Re-sending the modified article to the referees for second-stage refereeing - 1 month
9- Ninth step: Announcing the preliminary result of the arbitration to the responsible author of the article
10- The tenth step: Final editing of the article and finalizing it by the responsible author of the article - 15 days for the responsible author of the article
11. Step 11: Editing of the final article by the editor of the publication - 3 weeks
12- The twelfth step: Returning the article to the responsible author to apply possible corrections desired by the editors of the publication - 10 days for the responsible author of the article
13- The thirteenth step: final review of the article by the editor of the publication
14- 14th stage: page layout of the final article by the magazine page layout - 1 week
15- Fifteenth step: Sending the final version of the article to the editorial board for final approval and determining the time and manner of publishing the article - 1 week
16- 16th step: Consolidation of article information on the publication's website in the section of articles ready for publication - 1 week
17- 17th stage: announcement of final acceptance and publication of the article: 1 month
