The question of how to understand the relationship between man and existence is an important question that can be used by non-metaphysical thinkers; deduced Heidegger and Ibn Arabi. In response to the understanding of the relationship between man and existence in his later thought, Heidegger resorts to the concept of "the self-giving event", which is the central concept of his later thought. The relationship between man and existence and how to understand existence in its historical context is determined by the event. The event is known with basic components such as non-conceptuality, openness, historicity and closeness to existence. On the other hand, according to Ibn Arabi, the relationship between man and existence is determined by "the special manifestation of existence on man".In this comparative study, the researcher has tried to analyze the relationship between "event in late Heidegger" and "manifestation according to Ibn Arabi" in response to the question of the relationship between man and existence. According to the comparative method of similarity of ratios, it can be acknowledged that the two concepts of event and manifestation have a significant similarity with each other and there are similar basic components in them.
