The discussion of God's lack of essence in the most specific sense is one of the important discussions in Islamic philosophy that has important effects on theological discussions in the most specific sense, such as divine monotheism, knowledge of the Almighty, the simplicity of the divine essence, the absence of a common genus between the obligatory and the possible, the absence of an effect of the obligatory, etc. Philosophers of esoteric and transcendental wisdom have provided numerous arguments in defense of God's mere existence and the denial of His essence. In the meantime, one of the contemporary scholars of Islamic philosophy (Professor Fayyazi) has concluded that God has an essence by criticizing the aforementioned arguments and also providing rational and narrative arguments. His specific interpretation of the validity of essence in transcendental wisdom has played a serious role in explaining his claim. This research, which is organized in a descriptive-analytical method and with a documentary approach, attempts to describe and at the same time evaluate Fayyazi's view. The result of the study will show that his criticisms did not address the arguments of the sages regarding the lack of essence of God, and the alleged rational and narrative arguments in
